How clients opt in to text messages

Elistudios LLC, doing business as AMPED UP AUDIO, sends text messages only to people who opt in through one of the paths below.

Path 1 — The booking form

Clients opt in by checking an optional, unchecked-by-default checkbox on the booking form at ampedup-audio.com/book-a-call. Leaving the box unchecked means no texts are sent, and a booking can be submitted either way. The consent text shown next to the checkbox reads:

Text me about my booking. Elistudios LLC may send texts about this booking — confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of booking.

Path 2 — The website chat form

The leave-a-message form in the chat widget on this site works the same way: it has an optional, unchecked-by-default checkbox, and leaving it unchecked means no texts are sent. The consent text shown next to the checkbox reads:

Yes — text me back about this message. Elistudios LLC will text this number about your inquiry. Optional. Leave it unchecked and we will not text you.

Path 3 — A missed call

If you call the studio number (626) 602-8481 and the call is missed, you opt in to a single text-back asking how we can help. Reply STOP to end it.
