What we collect

The booking form on this site asks for:

Your name, phone number, and email address
The service you want, your preferred date, and any notes about your session
A promo or referral code, only if you enter one

The message form on this site asks for your name, phone number, and the message you write.

That's it. The forms are the only place this site asks you for personal details.

How it's sent and used

When you submit the form, your details are sent to the studio's email through FormSubmit (a form-delivery service) so your booking request can be received and confirmed. Submissions are also logged in the studio's internal lead tracker so no request gets lost. Your information is used only to arrange your session — confirming your time, and following up about your booking.

Text messaging

If you check the texting box on the booking form or the message form, Elistudios LLC may send you text messages about your booking or inquiry:

Booking confirmations and reminders
Follow-ups about your session
Replies to messages you send the studio
A text-back if we miss your call to the studio number

Consent is based on the checkbox on the form — it is always unchecked until you check it, and booking does not depend on it. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

If you call the studio number and we miss your call, we may send one text asking how we can help; reply STOP to opt out.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your information with anyone.
We don't add you to marketing lists or send promotional emails.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location). It only loads after you accept it in the cookie banner, and it does not identify you personally.
